Outdoor weddings can be a challenge for the most experienced caterer. But when the weather holds out it is the most spectacular event!
This past weekend we catered a station wedding in Quakertown under a tent. The weather was warm but no rain! On the menut he bride and groom selected:
Passed Hors d Oeuvres: Pappas Rellenas, Franks in a Comforter, Mozzarella Caprese Skewers, Wild Mushroom and Blue Cheese Tarts, and Coconut Shrimp
Stations:
Italian- Eggplant Parmesan, Chopped Salad, Antipasto and Garlic Bread
Greek- Greek chicken, salad, pita and tzatziki
Asian- Sticky rice, stiry fry vegetables and Far East London Broil in Asian Take Out container
Seafood- Orange Napa Salmon, Penne Pasta with Green Beans and Tomatoes
Outdoor bar looked amazing!
Wedding and reception all took place at the clients home in Quakertown by Sagra Catering
